Gretchen Dlugolecki, Founder and President

Gretchen Dlugolecki founded Rapport Communications in November 2019 to help clients build an easy rapport with their audiences. A certified Women’s Business Enterprise, Rapport specializes in helping clients find their voices and then in making them stand out above all the rest.

Since Rapport opened its doors, Gretchen has developed and directed winning public awareness campaigns for political candidates, nonprofits, and corporations across the state. Her work has also helped clients win hundreds of millions of dollars in corporate contracts and government grants, as well as dramatically grow their social media followings and put out fires in the court of public opinion. Under her leadership, Rapport has earned clients countless media placements in more than 100 different publications across Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and beyond.

Gretchen earned her master's degree in French and European Union Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her bachelor's degrees in Political Science and French from the University of Rhode Island. She lives in Philadelphia, where she's a member of the South Philadelphia Kiwanis Club (Charter President 2017-2018) and where she serves on the marketing committee for the Philadelphia Ballet.
